Initially I was very disappointed as the carpets delivered had the wrong colour border & the fixings were incorrect. However, after a lot of going backwards & forwards by email, they sent the correct coloured border & correct fixings. So all good in the end, as the carpets look good.

Cannot fault the Company having the incorrect mats sent I contacted them straight away. Response was within a hour and everything sorted within 2 days.
