Q. Will the mats fit my car?

A. Yes, our mats are cut from the original pattern of the manufacturer and will fit your make and model of vehicle.
 
Q. Do your mats come with fittings?

A. Yes, all fittings (rounds holds, oval holes, clips or pegs) are supplied with your mats to ensure that the mats fit correctly.
 
Q. Are the mats good quality?

A. Yes our mats are good quality. We supply our standard range and luxury range to car retailers throughout the UK. The luxury range is a thicker better quality carpet, providing a more substantial / luxurious feel - but both standard and luxury are outstanding quality for the price.
We highly recommend the luxury carpet range as these are the same, if not better quality that the ones offered from most main dealers - and at a fraction of the price!
 
Q. How quickly will I receiver my order?

A. Orders received before 2pm are shipped by Fed Ex the following day on a next day delivery.
 
Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive a despatch notification and tracking number.

Q. Can I return my mats if there is a problem or I am not happy with the quality?

A. Yes, we have a no quibble returns policy if you are unhappy with your mats – provided that you have taken the time to order the correct item.
If you have ordered the wrong mats for your car, we are happy to send out replacement mats, but we will charge for the postage.
